Our 2 hour long Training Sessions at The Archerfield Performance Centre showcase our unique approach to improvement and utilise the incredible facilities and technology available at the Centre.

We make Training FUN and PRODUCTIVE, ensuring time spent practicing translates into success on the course.

Each session is a blend of Coaching, Games and Challenges that exposes you to the 4 essential types of Practice:

  1. Warm Up: Preparing yourself Physically, Mentally & Emotionally for Play

  2. Mechanics: Improving Technique to Master a Skill

  3. Playing Skills: Integrating the Mental & Emotional aspects of execution + measuring progress

  4. Simulate: Practice like you play; one shot, one opportunity.
